Our dealer network runs primarily through Jaipur, India’s historic gemstone-cutting and trading hub, with rough material sourced internationally from Zambia, Colombia, and the Panjshir Valley. This means Indian orders often have a shorter physical supply chain than international orders, which is part of why in-stock Indian orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Yes — all prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST for orders shipping within India. There are no additional charges collected on delivery.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Given the value and insured nature of natural gemstone shipments, we don't currently offer COD — payment is confirmed before dispatch via UPI, net banking, or card, with a secure payment link sent after your order request.
